The Binary Dog – Robert Cabral’s Dog Training and Approach to Canine Communication #3

In this video I discuss the “Binary Dog” approach to communicating clearly with dogs. Using a simple YES and NO training exercise, dogs can be taught basic commands as well as complex behaviors. Using clear communication with your dog through luring and shaping will develop solid obedience, quick sits and downs durations in obedience.

Whispering – Communication intuitive

Since clients don’t live in our world, they tend to get confused, overwhelmed and frustrated — resulting in a lack of compliance. During our webinar on October 1, Debbie Boone, BS, CCS, CVPM, looked at how clients think so we can make meaningful connections, build trusting relationships and improve compliance.

She covered the following topics and many others:
– Learn the 3 ways we communicate and how to apply them with your clients
– How do you handle the angry client?
– How do you recover when you made a mistake?

Watch this video to discover helpful tips to read your clients, avoid conflict and resolve problems. Most of all, you’ll provide a great service experience creating raving fans of your practice.

This webinar was presented by NAVC VetFolio. Visit www.VetFolio.com to explore online veterinary CE courses, Conference Proceedings and much more.
