“Ladies and gentlemen I get a lot of calls about the use of laser in Veterinary Medicine: does it help, does it work, is it worth it?

Ladies and gentlemen, I am Dr. Marc Smith and I have been using the laser for a long time, and I can say it does work.

But, the main place it helps is with lumbosacral disease.

So, if you need to know more options or need to know more ways in which laser therapy can benefit your pets, then call us at 615-790-8100 and let’s review the options.”

Best Allergies Medicine Cats

Allergy season can be hard on our feline friends. Pollen, dust, mold, and other common allergens can be tough to handle for both cats and homeowners. The best treatment for feline allergies is simply to avoid all points of contact between your pet and the causes of their allergies. You may need to keep a watchful eye on pollen counts in your city and be especially mindful about tracking pollens into your house. If your cat escapes for a stroll through the neighborhood, you may want to rinse off any pollen they may have trapped in their fur. If itching and inflammation is very bad this season, you may want to consider changes in diet alongside medications like antihistamines, cyclosporine or corticosteroids.

Thanks to the growth of Vet Ranch both in followers and in donations, we are now able to expand to other areas and hopefully do more good for homeless animals!!! Dr. Karri and her husband, Dr. Judd, are great friends of mine. Dr. Judd and I graduated vet school together, after which he and Dr. Karri bought a mixed animal clinic in NE Texas. Please help me welcome Dr. Karri to Vet Ranch!!!!!

The owners of this puppy could not afford treatment and surrendered her. Luckily Dr. Karri was able to use Vet Ranch donations to fund her procedure and continued treatments over several weeks. Now she is all healed up and ready for a new home!
